The product I want is out of stock, when will it be available?

Unfortunately as all my products are handmade with the small collection of materials I have in my craft space (my partner might argue that it is a large collection). I cannot guarantee that my collection or my suppliers will continue to have the exact materials I need to re-stock all the products displayed on my shop. Feel free to contact me in regards to when certain items will be available again or follow me on Instagram for regular updates.  

How long until my order is shipped?

Everything on the website is pre-made so it is ready to go. I do try & package your order as soon as I receive it, but sometimes life gets in the way, this is way I have a 1-3 business day turn around.

Do you add freebies to orders?

Sometimes I may add some stickers, pre packaged lollies or another sneaky surprise to your order. If you wish not to receive a freebie please let me know at checkout. Not all orders include freebies as sometimes I run out of free stock. 

Something is wrong with my order what can I do?

If you have any issues at all in regards to your order please contact me & I’ll try my best to resolve it :)

Can I cancel my order?

As long as the order has not shipped & is not a personalised item that I have started, you may request an order cancellation. Please contact me as soon as possible if you would like to cancel.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, I ship worldwide from Northern NSW, Australia. 

International Orders are sent via Standard Postage which includes a tracking number.  You, as the customer, are responsible for all customs/duties fees, if applicable.  Estimated delivery time frames can be found on the Australia Post website and queries surrounding shipping/delayed/missing parcels should be followed up directly with Australia Post.

How long does shipping take?

Due to delays within the postal service it is hard to determine the exact shipping times. It’s best to contact Australia Post if you have any queries. Below is a rough estimated time of arrival.

Aussies:

After your order is marked as shipped you should expect your parcel to arrive within 1-14 business days. There has been some delays that have taken up to 4 weeks in certain states although it is not a common occurrence. 

Worldwide:

Generally orders take 2-6 weeks overseas once shipped. But they may take up to 3 months. This is very uncommon but with continuously cancelled flights items may take longer to get to their destinations.

Do you offer returns?

Due to the nature of all my products being handmade & for hygiene reasons, it is important to know that I DO NOT offer a refund or exchange if you change your mind about your purchase. This includes items that have been ordered via pre-order and not yet dispatched as this item has been made to order especially for you. I have taken the time to ensure there are detailed descriptions with accurate measurements to allow you to make an informed decision.
